Sanitary Clamped Butterfly Valve
Operating Principles
●This series butterfly valve is either remote-controlled by means ofan actuator or manually operated by means of a handle.
● The actuator is made in three standard versions, normaly dosed(NC), normally open (NO) and air/air activated(A/A).
●The actuator is designed so that an axial movement of a pistonis transformed into a 90° rotation of a shaft. The torque of theactuator is increased when the valve disc contacts the seal ring ofthe buttertly valve, valve is closed.
●Selected The handle for manual operation mechanicaly can lockthe valve in open, close. Middle or other positions to control the flowrate.
Options
●Handle: two-position handle, three-positon handle, tour postionpull rod handle, multi-position plastic handle and muilti-position stainless steel handle.
●Actuator: pneurmatic stainless steel actuator, pneumatic aluminum actuator, electric actuator.
