Gid Type Electric High Vacuum Butterfly Valve

The working principle and scope of vacuum butterfly valve are achieved by rotating the butterfly plate fixed on the rotating shaft by 90 ℃ to open and close the valve. Compared with other vacuum valves of the same caliber, vacuum butterfly valves have the advantages of simple structure, high conductivity, short M-body structure length, and fast opening and closing speed.
There are three types of vacuum butterfly valves produced domestically: manual, pneumatic, and electromagnetic. Manual vacuum butterfly valves are suitable for small-diameter (nominal size DN32-300) vacuum pumping systems and for connecting or cutting off air flow in pumping pipelines. Pneumatic and electric vacuum butterfly valves have a maximum nominal size of DN5000.
The vacuum butterfly valve has self-locking function in both open and closed positions. The valve plate can withstand a gas pressure of 0.3MPa, is not afraid of vibration, and can be installed at any position without the valve stem shifting.
The medium used for Wenzhou Santai vacuum butterfly valve is clean air and non corrosive gas without particulate dust. The sealing material is nitrile rubber, which can be used in high vacuum systems with medium temperatures ranging from 25 to 80 ℃. Fluorine rubber sealing rings are selected, which can be used in ultra-high vacuum systems with baking temperatures of 150 ℃.

The GIQ pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve adopts a 1/4 turn cylinder, and the angle can be equipped with open and close position signal devices, which can be used as an automatic control signal source to achieve automatic control of butterfly valve opening and closing.
The leakage rate of GIQ series pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve is less than 1X10-5pa • L/s. The sealing material is nitrile vacuum rubber, and the gas source pressure is 0.4-0.6MPa. It is suitable for high vacuum pumping systems and pumping pipelines with medium temperature of 25-80 ℃ and pressure of 7X10-4-105.
The GID electric vacuum butterfly valve, which can be used for both manual and electrical purposes, adopts a 1/4 rotation electric device, which works smoothly and has low noise (compared to pneumatic valves). It can be installed in any direction, and both the open and closed positions of the valve have electrical signal devices, which are used to display the opening and closing status of the valve plate and the signal source for automatic control. The valve plate sealing material of the GID series electric vacuum valve is nitrile vacuum rubber, with a medium and ambient temperature of 25-80 ℃. The leakage rate is less than lX10-6Pa • L/S, suitable for 10-4Pa high vacuum equipment and exhaust pipes
