Rotary Cleaning Ball

Rotating cleaning ball is a mechanical device used for internal cleaning of industrial equipment, widely used in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, etc. The core principle is to use a rotating spray of cleaning solution (such as water, detergent, or disinfectant) to comprehensively flush the inner walls of storage tanks, containers, and pipelines, efficiently removing dirt, residues, or pollutants. According to different installation methods, it can be divided into the following four types:
1. Threaded rotating cleaning ball
Convenience: Easy to install and disassemble, suitable for frequent maintenance or small to medium-sized equipment.
Application scenarios: scenarios that require high installation flexibility, such as brewing tanks, small reaction vessels, laboratory containers, etc.
Advantages: Low cost, compatible with standard threaded interfaces, suitable for low-pressure clean environments.
2. Clamped Rotary Cleaning Ball
Hygiene: There are no dead corners in the connection, the surface is smooth, and it meets high cleanliness standards (such as FDA and 3A certification).
Application scenarios: Hygiene grade environments that require frequent cleaning, such as dairy production lines, pharmaceutical reaction vessels, and cosmetic blending tanks.
Advantages: High disassembly efficiency, avoiding the risk of wear or contamination that may occur with traditional threaded connections.
3. Bolted Rotary Cleaning Ball
Stability: Suitable for high pressure (such as ≥ 10 bar), high temperature, or corrosive environments, with a sturdy and durable structure.
Application scenarios: Heavy equipment such as large industrial storage tanks, chemical reactors, and petroleum pipelines.
Advantages: Strong sealing performance, able to withstand harsh working conditions, suitable for scenarios that require long-term stable operation.
4. Welded Rotary Cleaning Ball
Sealing: Completely eliminate the risk of leakage at the connection, avoid liquid retention or impurity accumulation.
Application scenarios: sterile pharmaceutical storage tanks, high-purity chemical containers, aerospace fuel tanks, and other scenarios that require extremely high sealing and cleanliness.
Advantages: Suitable for non removable equipment, long-term use without worrying about loose interfaces, low maintenance costs.
Core advantages and technical features
Typical application scenarios
Food and beverage industry: cleaning beer fermentation tanks, juice storage tanks, syrup mixers.
Pharmaceutical industry: disinfectant injection tanks, bioreactors, sterile piping systems.
Chemical industry: Remove polymer residues on the inner wall of reaction vessels and impurities in solvent storage tanks.
Energy industry: Clean the sediment on the inner walls of oil storage tanks and LNG containers.
