Structural composition

Valve body: It is usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel material, such as the GI series manual vacuum butterfly valve. The valve body material is stainless steel or nickel plated carbon steel, which has good corrosion resistance and strength, can withstand a certain pressure and temperature range, and ensure the stability and sealing of the valve in the vacuum system.

Butterfly plate: installed inside the valve body, in the diameter direction of the pipeline, generally in the shape of a disc, with a material similar to the valve body. It rotates around the axis in the cylindrical channel of the valve body through the drive of the valve shaft, with a rotation angle range of 0 ° -90 °, thereby achieving valve opening and closing and flow control.
Valve shaft: It runs through the valve body and is fixedly connected to the butterfly plate. One end extends out of the valve body and is connected to the manual operating device. The valve shaft, driven by a manual operating device, drives the butterfly plate to rotate, achieving the functions of opening, closing, and flow regulation of the valve.
Seals: Fluororubber, nitrile rubber and other materials are commonly used, such as the seals of GI series manual vacuum butterfly valves made of fluororubber and nitrile rubber. These materials have good elasticity, corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance, which can ensure the sealing of valves under different working conditions and prevent gas leakage.

Good sealing performance: The valve plate adopts a clamping structure to clamp the sealing ring, and the shaft seal adopts a special structure with automatic compensation, which can effectively block the connection between the external atmosphere and the pipeline, achieve bidirectional zero leakage, ensure the sealing performance of the valve, and ensure the vacuum degree of the vacuum system.
Long service life: There are no vulnerable parts such as connecting rods or bolts inside, making it reliable to work.
